Stryten Energy in Alpharetta, Georgia is offering a paid Mechanical Engineering Co-Op position with on-site work at 40 hours per week. Positions start January 2027, May 2027, or August 2027, with responsibilities spanning design support, CAD work in SolidWorks, testing, and documentation.

Eligible students are pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering, have at least 500 hours of SolidWorks experience, and bring strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills to a collaborative team.

Formación

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Sophomore or junior standing preferred
• GPA 3.0 or greater
• Must have housing and transportation
• On-site daily requirement

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the design of innovative electronic devices for defense, motive, and large energy storage applications.
• Validate technologies and produce working demonstration systems integrating new technologies with existing products.
• Use CAD (SolidWorks) and engineering analysis to refine emerging designs.
• Perform experiments, first-article inspections, material selection and related tasks.
• Draft test reports and plans for engineering testing and validation.
