LaBella Associates in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Building Engineering Division. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, with opportunities to contribute from feasibility through construction administration.

You will work on Building and Renovation projects as part of a collaborative team in our Syracuse office. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in an A/E setting, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and is proficient with Revit or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience at an A/E consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Well rounded experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD.
• Field experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports for Building and Renovation projects.
• Provide HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, studies and technical support.
• Conduct field work to document existing conditions and monitor project progress.
• Work with Jr Engineers to develop drawings with building modeling software.
• Support construction administration including submittal reviews and site visits.
