B-Pro Windows & Doors in Warminster, PA seeks a full-time Mechanical Engineer / AutoCAD Designer to join our manufacturing team. You will develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for aluminum windows, doors, and facade systems and coordinate with production, clients, and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, strong drawing-reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Experience with aluminum building systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD—required.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with aluminum windows/doors, facades or building systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings of aluminum windows, doors, and facade and window systems in AutoCAD.
• Analyzing architectural and engineering drawings.
• Prepare production drawings, fabrication assemblies, and connections.
• Preparing material specifications and assisting with engineering calculations.
• Coordinating technical details with production, clients, architects, and engineers.
• Providing technical support to the production team and resolving issues that arise during manufacturing.
