Coffman Engineers in Guam is seeking a self-motivated Mechanical Engineer to support a variety of design projects, including process piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, with a preference for FE certification and internship experience in mechanical consulting or industrial settings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in consulting engineering, strong communication, time management, and proficient CAD

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an ABET accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar field.
• Passed the FE exam (preferred).
• Internship experience at a mechanical consulting firm or industrial engineering environment preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in consulting engineering field.
• Candidates with demonstrated mechanical aptitude or previous construction experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. Experience with Revit preferred.

We are looking for a self‑motivated and energetic Mechanical Engineer for our Guam office. The successful candidate for this position will provide engineering support for a variety of design projects involving process piping, HVAC systems, and plumbing systems. We are seeking innovative, results‑oriented individuals who value high standards of performance and collaborative teamwork.

Expected annual salary of $90,000 - $105,000.
