We are seeking experienced mechanical engineers to join a growing and dynamic MEP engineering team in multiple locations. Multiple positions are open across mid to senior levels, these positions offer the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects across various sectors including base building, tenant fit-outs and sustainability-driven upgrades.

Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system design for tenant fit-outs, core infrastructure upgrades and base building systems.
- Assemble and review riser diagrams, schedules, ductwork layouts and floor plans.
- Coordinate HVAC design with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
- Develop basis-of-design and contract documents for various project phases.
Project Management & Coordination
- Serve as primary client contact for select projects (Associate level).
- Manage internal team workflows and project schedules to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits and punch-lists with limited supervision.
- Initiate and implement design revisions as required throughout the construction process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Share technical expertise across teams and help foster a collaborative environment.
- Support training and staff development in alignment with organizational goals.
Business & Operations (Associate level)
- Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management.
- Lead firm marketing efforts related to MEP services.
- Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and strategic growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 14 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP consulting or related fields
- Proficient in industry-standard software including Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of trade-specific codes, energy standards and construction documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership, coordination and organizational abilities (for senior-level roles)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HVAC systems in local market
- LEED accreditation or other sustainability credentials
- Familiarity with specification writing and construction administration tasks
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or EIT certification is a plus and may be required for more senior-level roles
Compensation by level
- Mid-Level: $85,000–$100,000
- Senior-Level: $100,000–$115,000
- Associate-Level: $122,000–$140,000
