Job summary

Codeware in Sarasota, FL is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our Growth team. You will work with prospective clients to determine and demonstrate the applicability of our software packages, including conducting online demonstrations and post-sales training.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1+ year of technical experience and familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or ABAQUS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1+ year work experience in a technical field, preferably engineering or manufacturing.
• Technical sales experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or ABAQUS is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Korean, Italian) are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Works with prospects to understand their needs and determine which software package is the best fit; reviews drawings and answers technical questions about the software's capabilities.
• Provides online technical software demonstrations to potential clients; answers questions about the application of COMPRESS, INSPECT or Shopfloor programs.

Codeware is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our Growth team in Sarasota, FL. This individual works closely with prospective clients to determine and demonstrate the applicability of our products.

Codeware provides a competitive salary and benefits package to all full-time employees. Travel is not required.

• Provides online technical software demonstrations to potential clients. This involves answering questions regarding the application of COMPRESS, INSPECT or Shopfloor programs.
• Provides post-sales online training and new user orientation.
• Other Engineering related projects.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year work experience in a technical field, preferably engineering or manufacturing.
