Job summary

Insight Global in San Jose, CA is seeking a Thermal Engineer with testing and validation experience in electro‑mechanical and telecom products. We are looking for Thermal Engineer who has testing and validation experience in Electro-Mechanical and Telecom products.

Day- to Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare test setup, including test flow and test coverage for new product
• Setting up prototypes in the lab for thermal and acoustics tests (Thermocouple installation, wind tunnel operations etc.)

Must Haves:

• Laboratory test experience
• Good knowledge of telecom test standards GR, NEBS etc.
• Experience working as a Thermal Validation Engineer for electromechanical products
• Hardware engineering experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft products for generating reports and other functional aspects.
