Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking an on-site Mechanical Engineer to conduct condition assessments of DoWEA Pacific Region school campuses. You will catalog equipment and condition data and enter findings into E-SMS, supporting reports with photos and technical justifications.

Travel will be extensive, including overseas fieldwork; a PE license or EIT/FE credential and an active DoD Secret clearance are highly preferred, with ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• At least five years of experience assessing mechanical systems in institutional or commercial facilities.
• Ability to travel and perform fieldwork overseas.
• PE license or EIT/FE credential and active DoD Secret clearance preferred.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution and at least five years of experience assessing mechanical systems in institutional or commercial facilities. Strong mechanical assessment expertise and ability to travel and perform fieldwork overseas are required; a PE license or EIT/FE credential and active DoD Secret clearance are highly preferred.
