Job description

Position Overview

As a Machine Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing innovative machinery and equipment for manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both technical specifications and production requirements. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong mechanical engineering background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Development: Create detailed designs for machinery and equipment using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and ensure they meet performance and durability criteria.
  • Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, manuals, and technical reports.
