Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on mechanical engineering experience, including equipment troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments; may involve crouching, kneeling, climbing, and off‑shift/weekend work.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks; experience with AutoCAD and familiarity with PDM Works a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in industrial automation and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex technical information clearly.

What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer and drive innovation in golf ball manufacturing. You’ll lead impactful engineering projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and enabling the production of next‑generation products. Collaborating with internal teams and external experts, you’ll apply cutting‑edge technologies to improve equipment performance and product quality. Your role includes providing technical support to operations and maintenance, contributing to cross‑functional R&D initiatives, and supporting the design and implementation of new manufacturing systems—all while ensuring safety and compliance. What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

Pay Range: $90,018.00-$112,391.00
