Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a skilled Machine Millwright to support our high-performance golf ball manufacturing operations. You will independently troubleshoot, maintain and repair complex equipment across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure peak production reliability.

You will engage in preventive maintenance, system modifications, fabrication and diagnostics, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial equipment repair experience.
• Own trade-related tools required.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair complex industrial equipment (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system modifications to improve reliability.
• Fabricate and diagnose components as needed to support production.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive production excellence.
