Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects and project teams from concept through completion.
• Provide technical leadership and mechanical/HVAC design on assigned projects.
• Assist with and produce construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities.
• Perform and review HVAC load calculations and equipment selections.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
• Review construction documents for accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to address project needs and resolve technical issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong MEP experience and the ability to manage projects while remaining actively involved in the technical design.

What We're looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate projects across multiple disciplines.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with project teams.
