Job summary

Career-Collective is seeking an experienced project manager and mechanical (HVAC) designer to contribute to a range of building projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage projects and teams and provide technical design on assigned projects.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering with professional registration and 5–10+ years of MEP experience, including project management, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering and professional registration.
• Requires 5-10+ years of MEP experience, including project management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform load calculations.
• HVAC design experience across retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, professional registration, and 5-10+ years of relevant MEP experience, including project management. The candidate should also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations.
• Mechanical/HVAC design experience in retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers, and related markets.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools.
