Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Support and troubleshoot automated production equipment and control systems.
  • Program, modify, and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic.
  • Identify root causes of equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to improve plant performance.
  • Develop and update equipment documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
  • Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.
  • Support safety, quality, and compliance throughout operations.

Mechanical Engineer

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in process improvement, automation, and industrial controls. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, troubleshooting automated equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a highly automated production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Allen-Bradley PLCs, ladder logic programming, and automated manufacturing systems. What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
