  • Participate in design reviews and problem-solving sessions for complex automation projects.
Build-to-Order Project Support
  • Work in a Build-to-Order / custom machinery environment with unique designs for each project.
  • Support projects through the full lifecycle: concept, design, build, debug, FAT, and installation.
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Assembly, and Machining teams to ensure designs are buildable and efficient.
  • Support troubleshooting and design changes during build and debug phases.
Documentation & Standards
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision control.
  • Apply internal engineering standards and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of design processes and templates.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–10+ years of mechanical design experience in industrial automation or custom machinery.
