Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and solving mechanical systems issues.
• Ability to design and implement maintenance programs for HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Ability to conduct energy audits and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience creating and revising standard operating procedures and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot facility equipment and machinery.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Identify training needs for the Maintenance Group as required.
• Provide energy management/reduction support.
• Audit, revise, and create process documentation for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Owners, Management, and Estimating for Design-Build projects.

We are hiring for a Mechanical Engineer to add to our team.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer:

• Troubleshoot facility equipments- Merchanical.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for HVAC-Mechanical systems
• Identify training needs for Maintenance Group as required.
• Provide energy management/reduction support.
• Audit, revise, create process documentation for HVAC systems
• Work closely with Owners, Management, and Estimating group for Design-Build projects

Requirements for Mechanical Engineer:
