You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, prototype, test, and optimize complex electromechanical systems used in atmospheric argon plasma machines for high‑volume manufacturing of semiconductor devices and boards.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer, to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division working within our Applied Plasma business line (Surfx Technologies). It is an exciting time to join our team!

Surfx Technologies is a fast-growing company that offers atmospheric argon plasmas for the high-volume manufacturing of integrated circuits, semiconductor packages, printed circuit boards, and other microelectronic devices. These automated plasma machines are an excellent choice for surface cleaning, activation, and metal oxide removal. The Surfx team delivers this atmospheric argon plasma technology for assembled products that are less likely to corrode, delaminate, or come unglued during their lifetime.
