Overview

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Additional pay details are provided by the recruiter based on skills and experience.

Location: Lexington, NC

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives for furniture production processes
• Take conceptual needs from leadership and develop automation solutions from scratch
• Conduct research, define project scope, and translate into designs
• Use 3D CAD (SolidWorks) to create fully functional models
• Present designs to leadership with cost estimates and build readiness

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• SolidWorks (5–7 years) with deep proficiency in:
• Weldments
• Ability to create Sheet Metal Design
• 2D Drawings with Dimensions
• FEA Simulation: Analyze CAD models for stress and pressure points
• Custom Machine Design & Automation experience across any industry
• AutoCAD: Considered a strong plus

Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 Annually

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
