Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in HVAC Mechanical Systems Design, or Energy Services Performance Contracting, or Energy Retrofit Design/Build project development required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project development and engineering resources.
• Create, manage, and develop the scope of work and mechanical design documents.
• Manage design team coordination meetings and ensure design stays on schedule.
• Assist the sales team in client meetings and presentations.
• Manage engineering project teammates and provide coaching.
