Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a site supervisor to oversee Mechanical and Electrical work on projects. The successful candidate will manage site operations, ensuring compliance with building standards, and possess solid knowledge in Semiconductor construction. Strong communication skills and relevant safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of M&E systems with piping and cables in Semiconductor factories.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site work, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate site activities, project meetings, and QA/QC processes.

Job description

Job Scope:

The person will oversee the site work scope including supporting Mechanical and electrical, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

· Project management, site meetings, and coordination with any QA/QC mechanical or electrical works

· Technical study and identify variation works.

· Able to schedule, supervise, and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract, and QA/QC specifications.

· Experience in study drawings, and preparing work permits/documentation.

· Undertake Adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories.

· Experience in the Semiconductor industry, design/knowledge of general construction M&E works, is an advantage

· Independent individual with a drive to make things work.

· Highly communicative and Self-motivated individual

· Ability to communicate in English and work with tight deadlines.

· Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage
