You’ll assist in designing and developing mechanical and electrical systems, with tasks from GD&T on drawings to BOM creation, while learning through mentorship.

This on-site program emphasizes hands-on experience, timeline discipline, and opportunities to influence product validation and packaging layouts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with CAD and MATLAB; knowledge of programming languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Adhere to defined project timelines and schedules.
• Create, revise, and review functional specifications and engineering design standards.
• Develop and design packaging layouts.
• Create, test, and analyze plans for product validation.
• Perform tolerance studies on components and assemblies.
• Develop and release engineering components, assembly drawings, and vehicle bill of materials.
• Incorporate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) on engineering drawings.
• Resolve and document design issues found during testing.
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and DFA/DFM assessments.
