Job summary

LiquidStack in Texas is seeking Production Assemblers for hands-on manufacturing and production assembly of large mechanical and electromechanical cooling equipment. You will rotate through stations, assemble components, wire harnesses, inspect quality, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong reading of drawings and BOMs, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hands-on mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, electromechanical assembly, HVAC, industrial equipment, or similar manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished equipment per work instructions and BOMs.
• Install frames, panels, pumps, valves, piping, sensors, switches, and other components.
• Perform electrical assembly, route wires, and secure wire harnesses.
• Conduct basic functional and leak testing, inspections, and documentation.
• Identify defects and communicate issues to leads and engineering.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation following 5S principles.
