Mechanical Drill Operator

Performs all NC drilling functions required in a PCB manufacturing environment.

Nature of Duties:

1. Operate Excellon & Hitachi drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, and XRT tooling equipment.
2. Run NC drill equipment in both manual and automatic modes.
3. Make necessary scale and step changes, handle delicate components, and load/unload materials.
4. Utilize Pluritec tooling, smart parts, or drill cards for setup, visual inspection, and measurements.
5. Use measuring devices (micrometers, dial calipers) and scopes to measure product hole sizes.

Education and Experience:

1. 2-4 years of experience in drilling and routing operations.
2. Understanding of process travelers, customer specifications, and tolerances.
3. Experience in PCB/PWB manufacturing.
4. Good written and oral communication skills.

Salary Range (annual): $43,680 - $47,528. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and time off, and possibly stock awards and bonuses.
