Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking an Application Users contractor for AutoCAD Mechanical on Windows to evaluate and refine mechanical drafting applications. This remote, contract role offers flexibility to work asynchronously from anywhere in the United States.

You will evaluate accuracy, review designs against standards, and provide feedback to improve data quality. Collaboration via asynchronous channels will be essential.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD Mechanical installed on a Windows PC.
• Ability to capture high-resolution screenshots (≥2.5 MP).
• Access to a single large monitor or a dual-monitor setup with required resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AutoCAD Mechanical apps for drafting accuracy and depth.
• Review designs for engineering standards and methodologies.
• Provide structured feedback to improve data quality.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for drafting tasks.

Position: Application Users - AutoCAD Mechanical on Windows - STEM Type: Contract Compensation: $45-55/hour Location: Remote

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AutoCAD Mechanical applications in mechanical drafting to strengthen design outputs.
• Review complex mechanical designs for alignment with engineering standards and methodologies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve design data quality and downstream performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing mechanical drafting tasks and solutions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving design performance .

Qualifications

• Ability to capture screenshots with more than 2.5 megapixels.
• Access to a single high monitor or a dual-monitor setup meeting specified resolutions.
