Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical design, drafting, or CAD experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for part modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
• Experience with electromechanical products and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Review existing mechanical drawings, models, and documentation to identify discrepancies.
• Partner with manufacturing personnel to understand field modifications and design changes.
• Update SolidWorks models and detailed manufacturing drawings to reflect as-built conditions.
• Revise and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly documentation, and work instructions.
• Ensure documentation meets internal configuration management and revision control requirements.
• Create and maintain fabrication, assembly, and production drawings for mechanical systems.
• Support engineering teams by documenting design improvements and incorporating feedback.
• Verify drawing accuracy, dimensions, tolerances, and documentation completeness before release.
• Work independently to prioritize projects and drive documentation updates to completion.
