Job summary

Cozzini, LLC. is seeking a mechanical drafting specialist to create and maintain precise drawings, 3D models, and BOMs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. You will manage revisions and part numbers, supporting design changes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, ANSI drafting standards, and experience with machining, fabrication, or welding; food processing equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in mechanical drafting, design technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and ANSI standards.
• Experience supporting machining, fabrication, or welding preferred.
• Industrial machinery or food processing equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain mechanical drawings, 3D models, manufacturing documentation, and accurate Bills of Materials using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Manage drawing revisions, part numbers, and production packages while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve documentation issues and support design changes.
