Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to support both new construction and renovation projects, focusing on designing and laying out building mechanical systems and preparing construction documents.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mechanical design/drafting experience, proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a PE license is a plus. Manufacturing or industrial facility background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Mechanical Engineering Technology or accredited MEP Engineering program.
• 5+ years of mechanical design/drafting and construction document experience preferred.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
• PE license is a plus.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or food and beverage facility experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
