Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SolidWorks experience in mechanical design.
• Experience designing fixtures, tooling, weldments, or custom machinery.
• Strong ability to develop manufacturable, cost-effective designs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design custom fixtures, tooling, ergonomic aids, and machine modifications using SolidWorks.
• Create accurate 3D models, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Modify existing machine designs to meet customer specifications and production needs.
• Collaborate with project teams, manufacturing, and customers to implement solutions.
• Support prototype builds, assembly, and design validation on shop floor and in office.
• Track ECRs and design revisions with proper documentation.
