Storyteller Overland, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support our Design and Engineering Team. You will own design challenges, drive them to resolution with precision, and ensure that every design reflects our adventurous brand and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include modeling components in SolidWorks, generating production-ready drawings, and contributing to R&D vehicle assemblies. A strong eye for detail and teamwork will help maintain Storyteller’s industry-leading

Qualifications

SolidWorks design experience and knowledge of drafting standards.
Experience with Weldments and Sheet Metal in SolidWorks.
Proficiency with MS Office or G Suite.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Create, modify, and maintain SolidWorks part, drawing, and assembly files.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to model components and production support equipment.
Develop manufacturing and inspection prints for parts.
Maintain and organize file structures and document control.
Track revisions for supplier and vendor parts.
Input and maintain BOM data for vehicle models.
Reverse engineer supplier parts to CAD data as needed.
Assist with vehicle assembly and testing in R&D efforts.
Identify opportunities to improve design processes and implement best practices.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights.
Foster a collaborative team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
