Cushing Terrell is seeking a Mechanical Designer to advance HVAC and plumbing system design using Revit. You will develop three‑dimensional models and produce coordinated ductwork and piping layouts for small to mid-sized projects, under limited supervision from a senior engineer.
The role emphasizes building code compliance, design accuracy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality construction documents.
As a Mechanical Designer, you will gain comprehensive exposure to HVAC and plumbing system design, including performing engineering calculations, developing technical specifications, and applying building codes with an advanced understanding of compliance requirements. This role involves continued development of three-dimensional Revit system modeling and the production of coordinated ductwork and piping designs. You will be entrusted with managing small to mid-sized projects from initial concept through final design, operating with minimal oversight from a senior engineer.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually.

*Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
