Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. in Colorado is offering an internship in mechanical/plumbing design within our development team. You will assist with design tasks, research options, and perform basic calculations under supervision to support project engineers and managers.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master program, pursuing an Architectural or Environmental Design degree. Knowledge of Revit, Adobe products, or Google SketchUp is a plus, and collaboration is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mechanical/plumbing design and production of a project within their development team.
• Aid in researching design options and document findings for project engineers and/or project managers
• Perform mechanical design calculations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, process piping, etc.) sketches, technical comparisons, and similar technical work as required by assignment under direct supervision of the project engineer.
