Job summary

Galloway & Company invites undergraduate or master's students to join their development team for a hands-on internship in mechanical/plumbing design. You will assist with design production, research options, and document findings for engineers and managers under supervision.

Weekly interns on the Rise sessions provide growth beyond day-to-day work, helping you build real-world professional skills in the A/E industry while learning about career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or Master program.
• Pursuing an Architectural or Environmental Design degree.
• Knowledge of Revit, Adobe products, or Google Sketchup is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mechanical/plumbing design and production of a project within their development team.
• Aid in researching design options and document findings for project engineers and/or project managers
• Perform mechanical design calculations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, process piping, etc.) sketches, technical comparisons, and similar technical work as required by assignment under direct supervision of the project engineer.
