A consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Designer Intern to support the Mechanical Engineering team with design drafting and project support tasks. This role offers valuable exposure to HVAC and plumbing systems, assisting engineers in developing design drawings, technical calculations, and project documentation. Ideal for students in engineering, this position provides hands-on experience and mentorship within a collaborative environment, contributing to building system design projects.

Responsabilidades

• Assist mechanical engineers with research, design tasks, and technical project support.
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, schematics, and design documentation.
• Assist with calculations related to building mechanical systems.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection.

Conocimientos

Strong math and science skills

Interest in mechanical engineering and building systems design

Interest in drawing, modeling, and technical design

Experience with Microsoft Office

Exposure to AutoCAD or Revit

Educación

Currently enrolled in an engineering program or junior in high school
