Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prototype tooling for new products and improvements.
• Specify system components or modify products to meet design specifications.
• Investigate failures and recommend corrective actions to reduce defects.
• Use CAD tools to design and analyze mechanical parts and systems.
• Coordinate and deliver training and maintain training records.
• Lead problem-solving teams and support plant operations.
