You will be the Mechanical Design Engineer for the ATWS program team. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Electro-Optical IR sensor systems onto platforms, from requirements definition to sustainment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of hardware engineers and overseeing the technical performance, budget, and schedule for the hardware design and analysis team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading a team of hardware engineers through the entire product lifecycle
• Reviewing team designs, analysis, trade studies, and reports
• Supporting system and subassembly level testing and nonconformance MRB disposition
• Coordinating with outside suppliers and participating in internal and external design and programmatic reviews
