Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience creating 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings.
• Understanding of tolerances and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with reverse engineering, part analysis, machine design, or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sample parts and machinery to understand design, function, and manufacturing requirements.
• Reverse-engineer existing components using physical samples and drawings.
• Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings.
• Develop inspection plans and evaluate designs for manufacturability and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and manage projects.
