Job summary

C-Vision Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on control valve design experience in a nuclear environment. The role emphasizes engineering analysis, ASME B16.34 code compliance, and producing detailed design reports.

You will collaborate with Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering to perform calculations, verify designs, and support continuous improvement on nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required.
• Experience creating engineering calculations, design reports and technical documents.
• Mid-level to senior-level engineering experience.
• Prior nuclear power, energy, or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and evaluate control valve products and related projects.
• Develop engineering calculations, design reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with ASME and nuclear industry standards.
• Perform routine and complex engineering analyses using established methods.
• Collaborate with Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for site-based engineering activities.
