The Controls Systems (CS) Environmental Control Systems (ECS) organization has an immediate need for a System Engineer with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to work on various Air Transport, Regional, Business and Military aircraft.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer I here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex systems to meet customer and business requirements. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
You will report directly to our Mechanical Design Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Californian or Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of innovative system solutions that drive Honeywell’s competitive advantage and satisfy customer needs in a dynamic market environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000.00-$102,000.000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Control Systems provides a wide range of mechanical products and value‑adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government.
