Cyrillus is seeking a mechanical engineer to join their team in Springfield, Illinois. You will report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailor-made mechanical equipment to meet strict customer specifications.

The role involves mechanical design of equipment, 3D modeling, calculations, component selection, and development of technical documents. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a focus on precision.

YOUR ROLE AT REEL USA

From Springfield and reporting functionaly to the Director of Engineering,you will work closely with the Design Office multidisciplinary team located in Canada on the design, integration, and implementation of major tailor-made mechanical equipment’s to the strictest specifications of our customers

HOW YOUR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Mechanical design of equipment (mechanisms, structures, ergonomics, machine safety);
• 3D modeling;
• Calculations and sizing of structures and mechanisms;
• Selection of commercial components with specifications / technical specifications;
• Development of technical documents.
