Additionally, we support most other industries including medical, power sports, lawn & garden and defense.
Mechanical Design Engineer
The mechanical design engineer is responsible for creating and developing innovative mechanical systems, products, and components. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards. This role involves using computer-aided design (CAD) software, simulations, and other tools to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes.

Pay Range: $60,000-$120,000 – Commensurate with experience
RFA Engineering has provided product development and engineering services to industry leading customers since 1943. Our primary focus is the development of off highway equipment including agricultural, construction, mining, recreational, industrial, and special machines. Our work includes concept development, product design, documentation, problem-solving, simulation, optimization, and testing of components, systems and complete machines. Our engineering staff is located at our Engineering Center in Eden Prairie, MN, branch office in Dubuque, IA, and at numerous customer sites throughout the U.S.
