Job summary

US Tech Solutions, Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, test, and support complex mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across the product development lifecycle.

You will work with Creo Parametric 11, perform analyses, generate drawings, and support manufacturing teams from concept through release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical design in a product development environment.
• Experience designing components and assemblies using Creo Parametric.
• Experience creating detailed manufacturing drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Knowledge of engineering design, testing, validation, and product development processes.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing teams, fabrication shops, or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support mechanical products, assemblies, mechanisms, structures, and complex engineered systems.
• Create, modify, and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using Creo Parametric 11.
• Perform engineering analysis, design verification, testing, and evaluation of components and assemblies.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, models, and test results to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical recommendations for product improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, technical reports, design packages, and manufacturing documentation.
