Job description

Revology Cars is the world’s leading builder of fully reengineered and restored 1960s Mustangs and Shelby GTs. For more than a decade, we have set the standard in the segment, earning global sales leadership, exceptional owner loyalty, and industry-leading resale values.

We build reproduction 1960s and 1970s Mustangs as properly engineered automobiles—the way Ford might build the original Mustang today. Each vehicle retains the iconic style, character, and emotional appeal of the classic Mustang while incorporating the performance, reliability, comfort, safety, and functionality of modern technology.

The result is the Revology Mustang: a meticulously engineered automobile developed using the latest systems, components, and manufacturing methods and built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

We are seeking an Automotive Design & Release Engineer who is curious, hands‑on, detail-oriented, and excited to begin a career in automotive product development.

Because we design, engineer, and manufacture our vehicles in-house, our engineers work closely with fabricators, technicians, suppliers, and production teams. You will receive immediate, hands‑on feedback, see your designs come to life, and have the opportunity to follow a component from initial concept through prototype, production, and installation in a finished vehicle.

Professional automotive experience is not required. New engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

As a Design & Release Engineer, you will:

  • Develop vehicle components and subassemblies that meet functional, quality, tooling-investment, and production-cost targets.
  • Create multiple concurrent prototype and production part designs.
  • Prepare clear 3D models and 2D engineering drawings that communicate design requirements to our in‑house fabrication teams and outside suppliers.
  • Design, build, test, analyze, and improve production fixtures used to position, assemble, and hold components to required tolerances.
  • Create, revise, and release vehicle data and drawings as designs and production requirements evolve.
  • Work directly with manufacturing employees to evaluate fit, function, manufacturability, and ease of assembly.
  • Troubleshoot design and installation issues and develop practical, production‑ready solutions.
  • Write clear work instructions explaining the subassembly, installation, or proper use of designed parts, fixtures, and templates.
  • Support prototypes, engineering changes, vehicle launches, and continuous product improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET‑accredited university.
New-Graduate Experience We Value
  • Experience may come from coursework, internships, senior design projects, Formula SAE, Baja SAE, robotics, automotive projects, restoration work, fabrication, or personal engineering projects. These experiences are helpful—but not required.
Why Start Your Engineering Career at Revology?

At Revology, you will gain broad exposure to the entire product-development cycle. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Take meaningful ownership of real vehicle components.
  • See your designs move quickly from CAD to prototype to production.
  • Learn directly from experienced engineers, craftspeople, and manufacturing professionals.
  • Develop practical knowledge of design, fabrication, tooling, assembly, testing, and supplier coordination.
  • Work on a highly visible product that inspires genuine enthusiasm.
  • Build a strong foundation for a career in automotive engineering and product development.
