Job Description

The candidate should have experience in data segregation and triaging, and serve as a technical lead to groom and guide both the onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to understand requirements, developing methods and processes for task execution, designing and leading module development, and managing various engineering tasks such as new product introduction, reliability tracking, non-conforming material review, production modifications, and obsolescence management. The role also involves fulfilling project engineering requirements in sustaining and new product projects, with proficiency in SolidWorks and Catia software.

• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, dynamic, and capable of managing pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with good organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to work with demanding customers.

MUST HAVE:

• 7+ years of experience in SOLIDWORKS.
• Experience in data segregation and triaging.
• Experience as a technical lead guiding teams and offshore teams.
