What We're Looking For

We're seeking talented and driven individuals with a strong foundation in mechanical design.

Rates: Up to $120 per hour (dependent on experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, or Math.
• 2+ years of experience using CAD and FEA software packages.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing mechanical components or systems.
• Previous experience working as a contractor (W2 or 1099).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience designing structures and components for high-performance vehicles or aircrafts.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, including failure analysis and root cause investigation.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in recent versions of design software like Solidworks, NX and Teamcenter.
• Experience with analysis software like Ansys, Femap/Nastran, or Abaqus.
• Expertise in GD&T implementation and analysis (ASME Y14.5).
