Responsibilities

Support the modeling, drafting, and release of new or existing mechanical parts and assemblies related to launch vehicle avionics using Siemens NX managed with Teamcenter.
Support the modeling and drafting of electrical printed wiring assemblies (PWA's).
Communicate project status to Responsible Engineers.
Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on the design of various system components.
Compile digital product definition packages for final release per ASME Y14.41 - Digital Product Definition Data Practices using Siemens NX PMI and Teamcenter.

Basic Qualifications for Engineering Design

Minimum 2 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience. Experience with design, drafting, and release of mechanical parts utilizing Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME Y14.5-2009.

Preferred Qualifications for Engineering Design

Experience with design and drafting using PMI (digital product definitions) in Siemens NX.
