Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Design professional for a remote position. The role focuses on surfacing, solid modeling, drafting, and model-based design with CAD tools including 3DX, UG NX, PTC CREO, and SolidWorks.

Aerospace context and ENOVIA LCA familiarity are a plus. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering or Eng Tech, has experience in structural design for sheet metal, machined, and composite parts, and is capable of solving problems in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with surfacing, solid modeling, drafting, and model-based design.
• CAD Software: 3DX or equivalent.
• Primary/Secondary Structural Design including sheet metal, machined and composite parts.
• GD&T experience preferred.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience with ENOVIA LCA a plus.
• Experience with UG NX, PTC CREO, SolidWorks a plus.
• Lockheed or Sikorsky experience a plus.
• Demonstrates good problem solving skills.
