  2. Conduct or oversee hands-on troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  3. Plan resource, author, or approve operations procedures for mechanical repair, retrofit, and maintenance, emphasizing risk mitigation.
  4. Coordinate across teams to implement organizational initiatives, processes and maintenance strategies in alignment with standards.
  5. Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) oversight for construction projects and maintenance activities.
  6. Supervise asset age and health, and create predictive plans and procedures for replacement or refurbishment to prevent failures and/or reduce downtime.
  7. Contribute to the mechanical safety program, training, procedural development/review and incident response.
  8. Lead and/or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify mechanical equipment failures, and develop effective Remediation Plans to address and resolve issues.
  9. Propose data center upgrades to enhance efficiency, capacity, and reliability.
  10. Produce technical reports with recommendations to mitigate availability risks.
Minimum Qualifications
