Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

Location: Travel-Based

Employment Type: Full-Time | Travel Required

We are partnered with a well-known mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and industrial mechanical construction to lead large-scale projects across the country.

This is a full-time travel position supporting major mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes in markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, government, and sports & entertainment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes across large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• Coordinate closely with clients, owners, general contractors, engineers, and project teams
• Oversee project financial performance, change orders, forecasting, and cost control
• Provide leadership throughout project execution and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality
• Support project planning, constructability reviews, procurement, and project closeout
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lead projects and coordinate effectively with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a full-time basis
