Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 3+ years in plant maintenance or mechanical reliability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and assist in establishing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review and evaluate maintenance work and develop best practices.
• Support production goals for each plant via design recommendations that enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide backup support to the Divisional Project Engineer for routine furnace repairs, rehabs, and rebuilds.
• Assist plants in optimization of routine maintenance and capital/expense project costs.
• Develop and maintain divisional specifications for piping, valves, gaskets, pumps, and related equipment.
• Support the Divisional Process Engineer and the Divisional Project Engineer in safety and integrity programs.
