Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead mechanical upgrades in central plant systems, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover in occupied, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in construction management with focus on mechanical systems.
• Experience with central plants, chilled-water, cooling towers, large HVAC.
• Proven success in occupied or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong means/methods, sequencing, and commissioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite management and field leadership for mechanical upgrades.
• Oversee subcontractors on central plants, chilled-water, cooling towers, pumps.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety, quality, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams, facility engineers, and owner reps.
• Manage multi-phase sequencing in occupied facilities and turnarounds.
• Resolve field issues, RFIs, and constructability challenges.
• Maintain daily reports, field docs, and closeout records.
• Lead from preconstruction through final closeout.
